The wine rack in the corner next to the sweet wine bar, on the wall that butts up against the open kitchen where James Anderson works his good-sourcing sorcery, across from the baby grand piano that charms the entire space, is a simultaneously simple, smart and sophisticated wine rack. That makes it a lot like the food here – from the slow-braised natural-raised pork shoulder with Matsu apple chutney to the melty-tender duck-confit in the mason jar.
