The soft flour tortilla, wrapped snuggly in tinfoil, sits beside me as I drive away with that little red chili pepper in my rearview...I am ready to take on the take-out and take on my day! This is no ordinary burrito, thanks to locally grown produce—like the Hass avocados, mashed with sweet red onions, jalapeños, cilantro and fresh lemon and lime juice to create a kick-butt guacamole. I don’t mean to toot my own horn...but I created this passenger seat feast, and the chance to see and decide exactly how my little burrito baby is put together gives me a fuzzy feeling inside. And I breeze through the fresh food line in five minutes, feeling confident in my decision to have four salsas in one burrito. Chipotle, you have stolen my burrito-loving heart and kept up with my busy schedule at the same time.
