Chef Cy Yontz pushes himself and his staff to stay current, exciting and fresh, saying, “We strive to give our guests an extraordinary experience.” Guests can taste it in the cotija-stuffed poblano pepper, smoked half chicken with chile butter and superior duck chilaquiles with Oaxacan mole. Manager Joe Valencia’s restaurant mantra is legit. “It’s really all about our guests,” he says. “We want to deliver great food and a warm, inviting environment for all every time.”
