If Sotheby’s were a band, it would be a supergroup. If it were in sports, it would be an all-star team. No fewer than three of their nearly four-score salespeople ran his or her own successful and high-profile real estate shop, including John Saar Properties, Bratty & Bluhm Real Estate and J.R. Rouse. That means crazy-intense knowledge of the area, endless contacts and an equally lengthy list of homes, particularly luxury residences. If fine art is your game, they do that, too. Talk about curb appeal.
