With apologies to Austin Powers, I mean honestly, who juices an artichoke?! Monica Berriz does, and the resulting heirloom organic enzymes soothe your heart. She also bombs beets into the EnerGEE and tumeric into the Allure. The juice is so healthy and habit-forming she has plans for three more stores in play. The most inspiring place to weeze her juice, though, will remain the airy Seaside art space that opened in October, conveniently located next to the Weekly.
