With hot and heavy names like XXX rated ($8.50/pound) and G spot ($9.50/pound) for his sausage, owner and “master artisan” Butch Francis sure takes the term “food” porn to another level. Francis, along with other lovers of swine, describe the kurobuta pork he uses as the “Kobe beef of pork,” referring to the most highly prized pigs in Japan – the black Berkshire that originated in Berkshire County in the U.K. Here’s a cheeky tip or two for Butch and his believers: The Japanese prefer the word wiener over sausage and the Italian word for “cheers” (cin cin pronounced chin chin) is slang for human sausage in Japan!
