So what really goes into a latte? Steam some milk, espresso, maybe throw down a dollop of foam, and call it a day. Not here. Here, a latte or a cap start off with personally selected, organic Arabica beans, which are meticulously roasted before hitting the stores. That’s but the bean part. Then it’s hand-packed for the espresso machine. If you opt for a latte, forget about a scant cup filled with mostly foam. Nope. This is a full chemist’s special marriage of coffee and milk, and just enough foam to leave behind a respectable ’stache.
