Local writer Mari Lynch is so into bikes, she has lobbied local governments for better bike infrastructure and launched a countywide Thursday discount for those who bike to participating businesses and organizations. The other day, she tweeted that she’s still waiting for the first bike wedding. She missed Kelly Rose and Matthew Evans’ this summer, when everyone who attended rode along Scenic Drive to River Beach in Carmel. The people who made that possible are the ones who also have the best bike equipment, customer service and all-around gear game: Bay Bikes.
