Follow-up: Of the things you’ve lost, what do you miss the most?

TALIN TERSAKYAN | Mum’s Cottage Owner | Monterey

A: I am a very organized person, but I guess I do lose my keys the most.

Buried Treasure: I’m missing a diamond earring. I lost it a year ago; someone is probably enjoying it. Well, I hope they are and it isn’t buried in the dirt somewhere.

DEBORAH ROSE | Retired | Sacramento

A: I am always losing my Bluetooth. I am currently looking for my second one. I just know it is around the house somewhere.

Pencils Down: I miss my handwriting skills. Since technologies have advanced, I find fewer reasons to write things down.

TED WALTER | Chef/grandfather | Carmel Valley

A: I lose a lot of sleep. I’m still working while I’m sleeping, and my granddaughter Hayley keeps me busy.

Constant Companion: I lost my loneliness when she came along, but I don’t miss that.
