Follow up: What is the dirtiest thing a person could do?

TAKAE BUTNICK | Waitress | Carmel

A: A spider because every morning when I get up and the sunshine is happy, there is a spider. It’s bad luck to kill a spider in the morning in Japan. I don’t want to pick it up and take it outside. So it causes a big dilemma.

Waste Not: Someone who reaches all the way back for the freshest products at the grocery store. The old food comes in front and you’re supposed to take that. We already have too much waste.

ALAN MARSHALL | Landord | Monterey

A: Lenders and bankers who help people to get into unwise investments. It’s important that everybody be honest and ethical. People’s behavior has to be win-win – everybody has to benefit.

Straight Arrow: Lying. Dishonesty causes the most issues. Things become confused because it creates misinformation, bad decision making. Anything that’s counter productive is harmful. We don’t need more harm; we need less.

CHANTEL MENSER | Retired Insurance Adjuster | Carmel Highlands

A: The one I caught in my garage. It was at least six inches without the tail. I’ve been catching one tree rat every week for the last three in my garage. I caught it in a trap. The other one would have to be Bush because he seems to be in everybody’s pocket. We allow corporations to denude the planet. There’s too much pollution for profit.

Sticky Situation: Step in dog poop with your tennis shoes so that it gets caught in all the ridges.
