The quintet—featuring Dolan on vocals and guitar, Sunshine Jackson on vocals and washboard, Corey Helgeson on stand-up bass, George Brooks on vocals and guitar and Tricia Muren on fiddle—has crafted a sound that meshes everything from punk and surf to country blues and jug band. But Dolan says the backbone of the band is definitely old-time roots Americana.
