AtomixX’s recipe is simple: play rock n’ roll loud and hard. Vocalist and rhythm guitarist Joel Trudeau’s influences of Social D, Cracker, Clash and The Supersuckers, allow AtomixX to play a mix of alternative rock renditions along with originals that have hints of the countryside intertwined. Diversity of the music genres, is what makes AtomixX’s approach fresh. Bassist Michael C. Royster, hard hitting veteran drummer Brian Murder and lead guitarist/vocalist Michael Barrett, play rock-reggae jams that also include old school classic rock to the set. AtomixX’s style, blends classic rock, reggae and garage-edged indie. DJ BBB is also included with the band and spins everything from The Doors, Sublime and The Fixx to punk, funk and modern house.
