Casper Locs of Gonzales has been rapping for nearly half his life time, whether it was a friendly freestyle with teenage friends or recording rhymes over instrumentals by a Billboard chart-featured producer for his debut album. Though his sound is more refined then his early days, what hasn't changed in that time is Casper's skill for telling stories that vividly illustrate the empowering or devastating experiences of living life outside of the law.
