A wildly popular Salinas coffee pop-up is now a brick-and-mortar coffee shop. Palomas Cafecito opened May 3 with long lines, as one would expect. The shop is open 7am-5pm weekdays (closed Wednesday) and 9am-4pm on weekends. 1488 Constitution Blvd., Salinas.
