Chef Soerke Peters and Amy Stouffer, owners of Mezzaluna Pasteria & Mozzarella Bar, have announced they are passing the torch to the current general manager, Freddy Ortiz, who is taking ownership and changing the name, fittingly, to Freddy’s.
