Dinner and a show was once a popular combination. Carmel Valley Community Youth Center has hit on a better one: dinner and a splash in the pool – with live music as a bonus. The third edition of Saturday Night Dinner takes place Aug. 22 from 5:30-8pm with a menu prepared by The Bridge Culinary Program. Bruce and Pam Forman provide the music.
