London Bridge Pub bartender J.D. Poma concedes most people don’t look at the bar’s menu for more than a minute before ordering the fish and chips. It’s their most popular item by far. The fish is Icelandic cod, but Poma believes it’s the beer batter that separates it from other such dishes in the area. Whatever they’re doing, it works, as they’ve taken this prize repeatedly.
