And the price seems to be an indisputable bargain, as these things go. Owner Lilly Yang, who took over the store a year ago after running a foot massage store for 10 years in L.A., thinks that customers return to her spa for the good customer service, the sound training of her masseuses, the cleanliness and quiet. “People are happy here,” Yang says. Apparently happy feet = happy people.
