My History

Over the course of my 40 year business career I have managed a Teamster workforce, a $100,000,000 book of business, departments up to 124 people, and managed sales groups with over $1B in their book of business.  I have the ability to identify problems, assess the options and gain consensus for a solution.  Pacific Grove deserves someone who has had to work as a team to come up with solutions.  I have done that, and will do that for PG.

My Plans

 I want to help Pacific Grove move forward with housing solutions, infrastructure projects, and create a fund to help PG with the repairs and restoration of our city assets, like the pier at Lovers Point and Chautauqua Hall.  The City of Pacific Grove should move forward with replacing the aging city systems with sustainable options.  The City of Pacific Grove must move forward with the housing element in order to keep LA developers from coming into the city, developing housing without oversight.  

Why Vote For Me?

 I have the steady leadership that is required at this time.  We need someone who can tackle a wide range of issues while maintaining our last hometown feel.  I do not favor more luxury condos but instead, we need to build more housing to attract more small businesses and families that will attend our schools.  We need to protect our environment while managing our growth.
