A few years ago, the Steel Bonnet Brewing Company opened a production facility in Salinas to support the growing popularity of its beers and its Scotts Valley taproom. Now the brewery is planning to add a second taproom, this time in downtown Salinas. The establishment will fill the space vacated by Farmers Union Pour House at 217 S.
